Today is coming to a close and it's all good. Driving around today with my babe (still owching from his scholars test) and looking at the leaves, it struck me how their individuality and true beauty were only revealed when the green of active time was gone. Trees look good all the time but when they're slack and relaxing? Magnificent, illuminated. Kinda makes me want to cultivate my own bit of calm and try to grab some of my own individual beauty. So this weekend? Dedicated to hanging out with some of the people in my life I can relax with and haven't seen in a while. And...if I can shoehorn a moment getting back to NaNoWriMo...seem to be in brain freeze about that though.
