One more reason why freecycle rocks

Check out the above for groovy vibes and nice karma. Today was the best, have to share. I responded to a post from a mother wanting a violin for her daughter to play. Since my 3/4 size violin (bought in a parking lot years ago, likely stolen) was too small for me, I don't play anyway and it has been just sitting on my Ganesha shrine for 3 yrs, I offered it. They came today to pick up the instrument, case, two bows and I'm now the proud owner of a planter that the kid made for me - which bears tribute all around to her benefactor's name because she wrote the "if we spirits have offended" bit from a Midsummers Nights Dream. Fucking brilliant. And a card, done in crayon with "thank you" and flowers and music notes all over it. Nearly cried, I was so moved. She, shy and 8yrs old, could not make eye contact or thank me for the violin until they were out on the porch...all I can say is may 3 years of Ganesha vibes be with her, and may any obstacles be removed from the path in her enjoyment and learning of music. And freecycle? Rocks. Very.
