For 11 years, we've done without conventional curtains. Scraps of fabric, odd linens - sure. Now we need window dressings and they're bloody expensive when compaired to...well, stuff other people threw away. Deciding on an attractive eco-frienly option, bamboo blinds, seemed like a more economical way to go. The ones home depot advertized in it's effort to capitolize on the green wave are no longer for sale. The comparably made ones start at $40. each.
We need 13.
$40 x 13 + custumization fees = screw you bastards I'm not shopping here.
However, nice import shop I walk by on my way home from work every day? Starts at $10.
$10 x 13 + customization fees = we pick up our blinds next week.
And? Dead easy to hang, nicer than the other ones too.
Hurray!

Hooray for cheaper curtains!! :D

Sorry we've been silent for so long - things have been hectic in the James' household. (Rusty's in surgery today as I type this.) Poor kid. :(

How are you both for next weekend (the 24th)? Do you guys need some more help? Serenity? Both? Let us know!

*Much with the crazy-love*
