"THE RULES: Each player of this game starts with the ‘6 weird things about you.’ People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 6 weird things as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave a comment that says ‘you are tagged’ in their comments and tell them to read your blog.”
1. I hate toe cleavage - that’s the small crack between two toes that is revealed by a low cut pump. It strikes me as trashy and insecure, and the most disgusting part of the human anatomy. That said, I love toes. Perhaps too much.
2. I love the shape of my husbands teeth - the line of them changes but is symmetrical, and this pleases me to see.
3. I'm afraid of the dark, gun fire, natural bodies of water, clear sky's and exposed light bulbs. Actually not afraid of the light bulb part, falls more under toe cleavage disgust.
4. I buy things used because it pleases me to save money and keep things out of landfill and still in use, but also because I worry about worker/environmental conditions where things are made and part of me believes that buying from charity thrift stores ethically cleanses items for use. Sort of a karmic laundry service. I'm not sure that this makes any sense.
5. I have never believed in Santa. I quite passionately believed in the Easter bunny for some time though, based on a very early viewing of the classic movie "Harvey" which seemed reasonable and (to a four year old) based in science.
6. I was once deeply in love, for over a year as a teenager, with someone I saw on a bus once. I only remember their eyes.
Tagged: I pick in no particular order most of the rest of the people I know who blog: Veronica, Maja, Greg, Angel, Anneke, Tish.
