Early this morning I went out to a yoga class and it was stretchy bendy blissful hell for over an hour, which I thought would be invigorating. Turns out I must be tightly wound the rest of the time because yoga in the morning? Leads to napping. Which then leads to being invigorated but perhaps not a good way to start weekdays, when work happens. Next I'll try yoga at night.
